The Canyons gets its name from the fact the course is designed around seven canyons and has been laid out in the middle of a desert.

The TPC Canyons is the only PGA tour facility in Las Vegas where guests can come out and enjoy the same conditions and the same expectations as the tournament professionals do when they visit each year at the Las Vegas Invitational.
